I can't believe the difference in one week! Has anyone looked up how long it takes them to actually take flight?

Wow! You all are doing incredible work. I can't wait to see the babies grow....and learn to fly! I will share your blog with my whole class. I am sure they will be interested in learning more about these native birds and their habitat....especially after we had the Green Author, Mrs. Curtis, speak to us today! Maybe some of you could write a realistic fiction book about Eastern Bluebirds...after you finish researching! Keep up the great work! :) Mrs. Dorsey

You bet!! Like Mrs. Parker said, the next time, we might need to walk a little bit slower and not go tramping about. This will disturb the birds and we certainly don't want any birds making a fuss trying to get out of their nests! It'll only injure them because they need time to get out of their nests.
