Box 2: Where The Action Is
AGAIN! The birds are dive bombing so Mrs. Parker checked the box. They were not happy! There is one baby bird that is SO big the bird is teeter tottering at the edge and is almost about to fall. Ms. Parker had taken a quick snap shot of the babies, but it was blurry. WE probably can't check them anymore because we don't want them to fall out before they are ready to fly. Do you notice the big change in their feather from last week. Now they have fully formed feathers. You can also see some blue. |

*Note from MP: The Cornell Ornithology Lab says to remove the nest:
Bluebirds do not remove old nesting material, rather they simply build over an existing nest. If you do not clean out your nest box, it may become filled to the brim with old nesting material. This can potentially leave the new nest dangerously close to the entrance hole, where predators can easily reach it.
